INSTRUCTIONS FOR UPLOADING THE FINAL MANUSCRIPT
- Please also make sure that the abstract written in EDAS matches with the abstract of the final manuscript, as this information will be used to produce the abstract and product booklet. Please proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision before creating the final version for submission.
- The Camera Ready Manuscript must be made IEEE Xplore Compatible by running it through PDF eXpress. Please follow these steps:
- Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress If you already have a user account, use your registered email ID and password. Otherwise, you will need to create a new account.
- Use the Conference ID: 60321X
- Upload the source file for Conversion, and/or PDF for Checking.
- Use the IEEE PDF eXpress website to generate an IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF. The site contains instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support.
- After getting an IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF, log in to your EDAS account, and go to the page that lists your paper.
- The next job is to fill the copyright form. Go to the section entitled "Copyright form" and click on the icon. Then click on "IEEE copyright submission" button. This will take you to the IEEE copyright website. Follow the procedure listed there to fill the form.
- Once this is done, you can go ahead and upload your final manuscript via EDAS, after logging into your EDAS account. In your EDAS home page, click on "My papers" and then click on the paper that you have submitted to NCC 2024. This will open on a new page, which will include a link to submit your final (pdfeXpress approved) manuscript.
Each accepted paper must have at least one full registration or a student author registration. Each full registration can support up to two accepted papers, whereas a student author registration covers only one paper. In addition to the above, for your paper to be included in the NCC 2024 proceedings published in IEEE Xplore, it must be presented at the 2024 National Conference on Communications (NCC). A paper with no presenter may be removed from the conference proceedings.
