IT Tirupati offers two years M.Sc program in the following Departments:
- Department of Mathematics and Statistics offers a post graduate program namely M.Sc. in Mathematics and Statistics from the Academic Year 2019-20.
- Department of Chemistry and Department of Physics are starting their M.Sc programmes from the Academic Year 2020-21 with an intake of 15 students in each.
